Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; provide information as required.
Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure office security protocols are followed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
Support HR and Admin teams with clerical and documentation tasks.
Assist in new joined employee onboarding formalities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
Prepare and circulate daily or weekly administrative reports as assigned.
