Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, client inquiries, and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for management.
Maintain client records and basic office documentation.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Support day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in tele calling, receptionist, or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with confidence.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
Ability to multitask and manage coordination work.
