Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Front Desk & Admin Executive who will also act as a Process Coordinator. The role requires handling front-desk responsibilities while coordinating and managing day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple tasks, ensuring smooth office functioning, and coordinating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, and manage the front desk in a professional manner.
Maintain visitor records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, housekeeping, pantry, and maintenance services.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, invoices, and service agreements.
Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the entire office.
Oversee office boys and assign daily tasks such as courier delivery, pantry support, and administrative assistance.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, and facility-related maintenance activities with electricians and technicians.
Track maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution from respective service teams.
Prepare daily/weekly duty line-ups for housekeeping, office boys, and maintenance technicians.
Ensure availability and replenishment of consumables such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
Manage common areas, including reception, pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations, for readiness and orderliness.
Support internal events, meetings, and training programs with logistics and setup arrangements.
Assist in basic safety checks and support emergency preparedness activities.
Ensure overall smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Perform any additional administrative or facility-related tasks assigned by management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
