Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications; direct them appropriately.
Manage front office operations including reception, waiting areas, and meeting rooms.
Office Administration & Management
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Maintain office cleanliness, orderliness, and ensure necessary supplies are stocked.
Ensure all office equipment (printers, phones, etc.) are functional and arrange servicing when required.
Manage courier services and mail distribution.
Assist in onboarding new employees (ID cards, desk setup, office orientation, etc.)
Vendor Coordination
Liaise with vendors and service providers (e.g., housekeeping, catering, security, maintenance) for timely and quality services.
Maintain updated records of contracts, invoices, and service level agreements.
Evaluate vendor performance and handle escalations as needed.
Source new vendors and obtain quotations as required for office purchases or services.
