We're seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Telecaller to join our hospital team. As a Telecaller, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals, providing excellent customer service, handling phone calls, and managing appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Duties:
- Greet patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals courteously
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage appointments, schedules, and records
- Telecalling Activities:
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to patients
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns
- Patient Services:
- Provide information about hospital services, departments, and policies
- Assist patients with registration, billing, and other administrative tasks
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduation in a related field preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage
