1. Handling the front desk.
2. Attending customer calls & processing the call to the respective dept.
3. Responsible for dispatching letters and goods from all departments.
4. Making invoice, tracking & updating date for dispatched items.
5. Maintaining attendance & updating reports on a regular basis.
6. Handling back office administration.
7. Coordinate with the HR-manager to schedule interviews.
8. Resolving Day to day admin issue
9. Petty cash handling of office updating of records.
10. Helping for recruitment, processing recruitment kit to HR Dept.
11. Maintaining a record of courier dispatched details & tracking those.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
