Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Front Counter Salesman. Candidates will be responsible for providing good customer service and processing sales efficiently. This position requires good communication skills, a friendly behaviour, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

1) Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.

2) Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

3) Maintain a clean and organized counter area.

4) Restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.

5) Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

7) Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.

Requirements:

1) College degree / diploma or equivalent.

2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3) Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.

4) A positive attitude.

5) Flexibility to work a 12-hour shift schedule with 2 Sundays off per month.

6) Punctuality and reliability are essential.
