Travel Desk Management:
Coordinating and booking domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).
Developing and managing travel itineraries based on employee needs and company policies.
Providing travel information and support to employees.
Processing travel reimbursements and expense reports.
Ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budgets.
Maintaining accurate travel records and preparing reports.
Administrative Support:
Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assisting with other office management tasks and projects.
Handling other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
