Transaction Monitoring Analyst

The Opportunity

As an analyst you will work closely together with other people in a team mainly focused on Fraud risk transaction monitoring of Cards and merchant Acquiring Business. One should have experience in transaction monitoring & alerts investigation for fraud detection and prevention on real time basis. Should understand issuance & acquiring business and hands on experience of fraud monitoring system/tools. Analyst must be able to identify new trend of frauds from alerts investigated. Need to identify \xe2\x80\x9cearly warning signals\xe2\x80\x9d and fraudulent alerts. Alerts are generated through rules configured in FRM rule engine, and analyst must be able to identify rules and suggest appropriate changes if found any new trends or pattern in frauds. Analysts need to prepare MIS for internal & external stakeholders. Must be good in communication as need to connect with internal as well as external stakeholder.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities\xe2\x80\x8b

• Monitoring of different banks Issuance alerts
• Monitoring of different banks Acquiring alerts
• Preparing daily & monthly MIS
• Knowledge of switch or transaction level related codes and its meaning
• Good in Visualization, conceptualization & erudition
• Persuasive communication
• Coordination & networking with all stake holders

Who Are We Looking For

• 2-3 years of work experience in FRM Transaction Monitoring field would be an advantage, or in other process associated with Fraud risk Management Issuance or Acquiring portfolio, payment industry.
• Should possess substantial knowledge of FRM transaction monitoring rules & rule management
• Ability to work in 24/7 shift
• Self-Motivator and team spirit
• Excellent in identifying fraud patterns
• Experience in systems and tools related to FRM.
