Job Purpose

The FRK Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) production processes to ensure consistent quality, food safety, and production efficiency in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operate FRK production machinery (extruders, dryers, blenders, mixers, and packaging equipment) as per SOPs. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, moisture, speed, and formulation ratios. Ensure correct dosing and blending of micronutrient premix according to specifications. Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities safely and efficiently. Conduct in-process quality checks (appearance, moisture, size, and uniformity). Maintain production records, batch logs, and quality documentation accurately. Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards at all times. Identify equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs. Minimize wastage and optimize machine performance. Comply with workplace safety, HACCP, and statutory regulations.
Quality & Food Safety Responsibilities

Adhere to HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems. Ensure traceability and proper labeling of FRK batches. Report any deviations, non-conformities, or contamination risks immediately.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Food Technology, Mechanical, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in food processing, extrusion, or rice milling operations (FRK experience preferred). Basic understanding of micronutrient fortification processes is an advantage.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
