Engage in friendly and meaningful conversations with users Provide emotional support and companionship through audio/video Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude Follow platform communication guidelines Maintain good availability during your selected working hours Attend onboarding/training sessions when required

Requirements

Good communication skills (Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Hindi / English -- any one language is enough) Pleasant personality and friendly nature Comfortable speaking on voice or video Smartphone with strong internet connection Quiet environment for calls Ability to handle friendly conversations with patience and empathy
