Position Overview

The Freshworks Developer will design and develop technical solutions across Freshworks modules using the Freshworks Developer Platform (FDP). This includes building custom apps, integrations, and automation to extend Freshworks functionality for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom apps and automation using the FDP SDK. Build integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks. Collaborate with consultants and architects to deliver high-quality implementations. Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize configurations, and document solutions. Build reusable code components and maintain internal best practice libraries.

Required Skills:

3-6 years of experience in software development; 1-2 years in Freshworks suite. Strong programming background in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS. Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth. Familiarity with Freshservice / Freshdesk configuration and extensions. Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills. *

Certifications:

Freshworks Developer or Platform certification preferred.
