Customer Support

IN & Outbound Calls

Communication Skills

Problem Resolution

: Address and resolve customer complaints, providing effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Documenting Calls

: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided.

Handling Queries

: Respond to customer queries related to products, services, or technical support.

Meeting Targets

: Many voice process roles have performance metrics, such as call resolution time or customer satisfaction ratings.
Skills Required:
