Job Overview:

As an entry-level International Sales Agent, you'll play a vital role in actively pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with prospects across global markets, and driving revenue growth. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position ideal for motivated fresh graduates eager to build a career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales

: Initiate contact through cold calls and emails to potential international clients (English-speaking markets).

Lead Generation

: Qualify leads and manage them through the sales funnel.

Client Outreach

: Schedule and conduct sales discussions with prospects.

Sales Coordination

: Work closely with internal teams--such as operations and customer support--to facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients.

Target Achievement

: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.

Market Awareness

: Stay informed on global industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Communication

: Strong written and verbal English (clarity, tone, and confidence).

Sales Attitude

: Eager to learn, proactive, customer-centric, and goal-oriented.

Adaptability

: Comfortable working night shifts and managing time effectively.
