Production Engineer to support our manufacturing operations.

This role is designed for an aspiring engineer eager to learn and contribute to optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Production Monitoring:

Assist in monitoring daily production activities and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Quality Control:

Support quality control processes, conduct regular inspections, and ensure products meet company and industry standards.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

Participate in identifying and resolving production issues and equipment malfunctions under the guidance of senior staff, performing root cause analysis as needed.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams (design, quality, maintenance) to identify areas for improvement and implement minor process changes and upgrades.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of production data, metrics, performance indicators, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards within the production environment.

Equipment Maintenance Support:

Assist the maintenance team in planning and organizing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

Training Assistance:

Support the training of production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: 10th,ITI,Diplamo , Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.

Experience:

0 to 2 years

of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (internship experience is a plus).

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of production processes and engineering principles. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite is often beneficial.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and teamwork skills. A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges is essential.

Work Environment:

Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and potentially perform shifts as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
