Assist the sales team in managing schedules, creating sales documents, and preparing presentations.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Act as a point of contact for clients with queries about orders or deliveries.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, creating quotes, processing invoices, and arranging meetings.
Follow up with clients for feedback, repeat orders, and relationship management.
Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
