. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of various credit card products, and persuading them to apply. A fixed salary is offered with the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database.
Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and offers.
Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Follow up with interested customers and complete the application process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the team leader.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines during calls.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Language: Proficiency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language - customize as per requirement].
