Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Understand client job requirements and match suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Work collaboratively with senior recruiters and account managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn recruitment processes and US work culture.
Willing to work in night shift (US time zone).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
