Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Telesales Caller

to join our dynamic team in the banking loan sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting loan products (such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.), and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain various loan products and services clearly and persuasively. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. Handle queries related to interest rates, loan tenure, documentation, eligibility, etc. Follow up with leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure all telecalling activities are compliant with banking regulations and internal policies. Coordinate with the sales and credit teams to ensure timely processing of applications.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

0-6 Months of telesales or customer service experience in financial services/banking is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
