Handle international customer calls with professionalism Provide accurate information and support to customers Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets

Required Qualifications

Any degree (2024 & 2025 graduates only) Excellent communication skills in English Willingness to work in

night shifts

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to process changes Immediate joiners preferred
