We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service. Meet performance metrics such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Graduate (any field). Good English communication skills (spoken & written). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling). Ability to handle customers politely and professionally. Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Pay: ₹9,520.76 - ₹20,069.83 per month

Work Location: In person
