Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting passengers as they arrive at the airport and assisting them with check-in procedures.
2. Ensuring that passengers' luggage is properly tagged and safely loaded onto the aircraft.
3. Coordinating with ground staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights.
4. Assisting passengers with any special requirements, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals.
5. Handling any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
