Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain patient demographic and insurance information Ensure accuracy in account status, follow-ups, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies Perform account verification and quality checks Maintain reports and trackers as per process requirements Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks

Any graduate or 12th pass with good computer knowledge. Basic knowledge of MS Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic Computer Knowledge Typing Skill Willingness to work in a structured and process-oriented environment
