OPPORTUNITY FOR FRESHERS

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from a given database Explain products/services clearly in

Hindi

and basic

English

Answer basic customer queries and handle objections professionally Record and maintain call details Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in Hindi Ability to speak and understand basic English Comfortable making a high volume of calls Basic computer skills 12th pass or any graduate
