Responsibilities:

Handle the calls from International customers in different countries Solve customer issues and queries related to Troubleshooting, Switch, Routers
Requirements:

Candidates must be

12th pass/Diploma/Any graduate

Excellent in English Communication Minimum 0-1 Yr of Experience in Networking Flexible to work at Night Swift and rotational swift Willing to Relocate Hand-on experience is added advantage Strong Knowledge or Experience in Troubleshooting, DHCP Protocol, VLAN, IP, Switch, Firewall, Routers and OSI Models
