Job Description

Job Location: Khar (West), 10 minutes walking distance from Khar Railway Station.

Salary Budget: 15,000 - 20,000 per month.

6 Days Working. Normal 9 Hours Duty.

Job Requirements:

- Fresher's / Beginner's are welcome for this role. (who have done IATA or any other similar course)

- Should be well versed or Basic Idea about using GALILEO.

- In-depth knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, ticketing rules, and international travel regulations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex ticketing issues with a customer-first approach.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings, and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing flight reservations and ticket issuance.

- Ability to train, mentor, and guide junior consultants in ticketing procedures and best practices.
