Up to ?12,000 for Fresher
?16,000 onwards for experienced (based on experience & interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
Clearly and convincingly explain the company's services to potential clients
Schedule a minimum of 4 appointments per day for the sales team
Follow up with leads to ensure continued interest and engagement
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telemarketing or Tele calling preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
Strong verbal communication and convincing abilities
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
