We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Fresher Site Supervisor

to assist in the execution of interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising workers, and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines under the guidance of senior project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising day-to-day interior site activities Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and design instructions Monitor material usage and report shortages to the project manager Maintain basic site records such as attendance, daily work progress, and material delivery Ensure quality standards are followed for interior works (carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.) Help maintain site safety and cleanliness Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material delivery Report daily progress and issues to senior supervisors or project managers Support in site measurements and basic quantity checks
