KRA for Fresher Sales Representative



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and approach new potential clients through calls, visits, and online research.

Sales Target Achievement

Work towards achieving the monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Product Knowledge Development

Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Follow-ups & Conversions

Regularly follow up with potential customers to close sales and convert leads into clients.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Gather feedback and insights about competitors, market trends, and customer demands.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM or reporting system.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with senior sales executives, marketing, and support teams for smooth sales operations.

Customer Feedback Handling

Collect and report customer feedback to improve products/services and customer satisfaction.

Learning & Development

Continuously improve sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge through training and mentorship.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
