Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product demo calls and engage with B2B clients to understand their requirements
Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and other channels
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying customers
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach efforts
Update and manage records using CRM tools
Support post-sales engagement and onboarding if required
Requirements:
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in speaking with clients and delivering product demos
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office software is an advantage
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
