About the Role

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates who are keen to start their career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive, structured training and will be onboarded into live RCM processes after successful completion of training.

Training & Role Responsibilities

You will learn everything on the job about US healthcare billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) You will get guidance from experienced team members while working Your performance will be regularly checked to help you improve Handle assigned tasks step by step once you start working Check information carefully to make sure it is correct Follow the instructions and standard ways of doing tasks Work with your team to solve problems and complete tasks Maintain good quality and work speed Learn to handle sensitive information responsibly
Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate / postgraduate Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Interest in building a long-term career in US Healthcare
Required Skills

Good communication skills (written and verbal) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, system navigation) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional attitude and teamwork skills
