Responsibilities

Post-Sales Follow-Up:
Make timely post-sales follow-up calls to collect payment and required documents on time from the audit completed clients. Update the status in the CRM.
Inbound & Outbound Calls:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner to resolve client inquiries and issues.
Report daily and monthly activities.
Communication Skills:
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.
Reports:
Prepare regular reports on follow-up activities and sales outcomes for internal stakeholders.
