Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising day-to-day production activities on the shop floor Monitor production schedules and support achievement of daily output targets Coordinate with operators, welders, and fabricators to ensure smooth workflow Ensure correct usage of raw materials and minimize wastage Maintain production records, shift reports, and material consumption logs Support quality inspections as per company standards Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the shop floor Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for quick issue resolution Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic knowledge of

Stainless Steel grades

: SS 304, 316, 202, etc. Understanding of

fabrication processes

: cutting, bending, welding (basic level) Ability to read

basic mechanical drawings

and production instructions Good communication and team coordination skills Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

Basic computer skills:

Excel, production reporting, documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Mechanical / Production Engineering

0-3 years of experience in

SS fabrication / manufacturing environment

Freshers with shop-floor exposure may also apply
