We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment. The role involves technical analysis, coordination with teams, and ensuring efficient operation in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Design, analyse, and improve mechanical systems and components
Prepare drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose corrective actions
Coordinate with production, vendors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
Prepare reports, BOMs, and maintenance records
Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
Basic knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics (preferred)
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication and documentation skills

Experience in industrial equipment / automotive / hydraulics
Exposure to ERP or maintenance management systems
Site/project execution experience
