Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated

Diploma Mechanical Engineer

with

0-1 year of experience

to join our team. The role involves supporting day-to-day engineering operations such as production activities, machine maintenance, quality checks, and documentation. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, learning ability, and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production / Manufacturing:

Assist in machine operation and production planning. Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards. Support senior engineers in improving workflow and productivity.

Maintenance (Preventive & Breakdown):

Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues in machines and equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance as per schedule. Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment performance.

Quality Control / Quality Assurance:

Conduct basic inspections using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauge, etc.). Record inspection results and support quality audits. Ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.

Design & Drafting (if applicable):

Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD/SolidWorks (basic knowledge acceptable). Assist in product development tasks. Maintain design documentation.

Skills Required:

Good understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, machining, welding, etc.). Ability to use measuring and inspection instruments. Basic understanding of AutoCAD/SolidWorks (optional based on role). Willingness to work in shifts if required. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

from a recognized institution.

0-1 year of experience

(freshers are welcome).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
