Operator / Jr. Engineer / Engineer - Portable 3D Measurement

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in:

3D Scanning or Metrology Equipment CAD / CAM / CAE Software Industrial Automation Solutions
Hands-on experience or knowledge of these technologies will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Demonstrations

Perform on-site measurement using portable 3D scanners, arms, laser trackers, and related software. Analyse measurement data and generate reports as per customer documentation needs. Create and execute manual and automated inspection programs for portable 3D scanning and metrology instruments (CMM) using CAD and GD&T features.

Customer Engagement & Support

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical queries effectively. Provide technical support during installation, calibration, and measurement projects. Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement and innovation in measurement processes.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of 3D Scanning / CMM / Metrology Equipment Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE Software Basic knowledge of GD&T Good communication & analytical skills Willingness to travel for on-site projects
