Job Description

Job Responsibilities-



Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and managing the employee lifecycle. Addressing employee inquiries, resolving disputes, and managing performance issues. Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS data, and other HR documentation. Assisting with payroll processing. Contributing to the HR budget and managing expenses. Analyzing HR data to identify trends and improve HR practices.

Qualification

- MBA(HR)/MHRD

Skill Required-



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
