The Territory Sales Executive (B2C) is responsible for driving broadband sales and acquiring new residential customers within a designated territory. The role involves direct field sales, lead generation, customer visits, and achieving monthly sales targets for internet and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential residential customers to promote broadband/FTTH services.
Conduct door-to-door visits, area surveys, and local campaigns to generate leads.
Explain product features, plans, and benefits clearly to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with backend teams to ensure quick installation and service activation.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide support during and after the sale.
Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Participate in promotional activities and local marketing drives to boost sales.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in broadband/telecom/FMCG/consumer durables.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong local area knowledge.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field daily.
