We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

System Administrator (Fresher)

to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in IT infrastructure and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues under supervision. Provide basic IT support to users (hardware/software troubleshooting, printer/network issues). Ensure security and access control for systems and networks. Assist in performing regular backups and data protection tasks. Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Support senior system administrators in server and network management. Stay updated with the latest IT infrastructure trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts. Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and system security principles (a plus). Familiarity with hardware components, troubleshooting, and installation. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
