This is a remote position.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator and Client Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic IT services team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong sense of discipline, and the ability to thrive in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Project Coordination:Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing IT service projects.Schedule meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and issues.Coordinate with developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders.Escalate risks or delays to appropriate channels and suggest resolutions.Client Acquisition & Sales:Conduct research to identify potential clients in the IT services sector (e.g., web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, software development).Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other channels.Present company services confidently to potential clients.Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposal creation.Schedule and assist in client meetings, demos, and presentations.Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and follow-ups.Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.); MBA is a plus.Experience: Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in IT Project Management and Sales.Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) is a must.Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and pleasant personality.Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus.Personal Traits:Proactive and self-motivated.Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.Highly disciplined and punctual.Team player with a positive attitude.Professional, presentable, and good at client interaction.BenefitsWhat We Offer:Comprehensive training in project management and sales processes.Mentorship from experienced professionals.Exposure to real-time client projects and global clientele.Performance-based incentives and career advancement opportunities.Friendly and inclusive work culture.
