We are seeking

energetic and motivated B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduates

for the role of

Trainee Engineer

. This position is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in core mechanical domains such as

Building Services, HVAC Systems, MEP Operations, Project Execution, and Maintenance

.

The selected candidates will work under senior engineers and will receive structured on-the-job guidance, hands-on exposure, and training support to develop strong technical and project-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in project coordination, site supervision, and documentation. Support in the preparation of technical reports, equipment data sheets, and project-related documentation. Learn basics of HVAC/MEP systems, layouts, load calculations, materials, and installation methods. Perform field visits to understand equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance procedures. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for project activities. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during project execution. Take part in technical skill-enhancement sessions assigned by the company.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

(2023/2024/2025 pass-outs preferred) Strong interest in core mechanical and building service engineering fields. Good communication and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to work in project or field environments.
