The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly. The role involves regular communication, client retention, and identifying opportunities to generate additional business from current clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively engage with existing clients through direct outreach and referrals to build long-term relationships.
Negotiate effectively with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements and pricing.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of all published materials (e.g., research articles, reviews, books).
Keep clients informed about new service offerings to align with their evolving needs.
Analyze customer feedback and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Knowledge and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related discipline (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc., Pharmacy).
Experience:
Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred Knowledge:
Familiarity with research publication processes is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
