Salary: 1.5 LPA to ?3.2 LPA + Incentives

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational

Training: 15 Days Product Training

Job Responsibilities



Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

Resolve customer queries & complaints

Provide accurate product information

Maintain call logs & follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams

Meet performance & quality targets

Skills Required

Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory); Marathi will be an added advantage.

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer-focused & professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
