About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

E-commerce Operations Intern

to join our team for a 3-month internship. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of managing e-commerce businesses across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart.

The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless order management, inventory updates, logistics coordination, and compliance with platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in order processing, tracking, and fulfillment. Support inventory management, stock reconciliation, and update inventory across platforms. Aid in uploading, editing, and maintaining product listings on multiple e-commerce marketplaces. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries. Monitor customer returns, cancellations, and address operational issues. Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, shipments, and inventory levels. Prepare operational reports and assist in analyzing marketplace performance. Ensure adherence to marketplace guidelines and operational standards.
Skills and Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (any stream). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
