Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and

ensuring an exceptional sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a

customer- first mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

Welcome and assist customers visiting the experience store. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions. Deliver walkthroughs of the store and share project portfolios to showcase our
2. Lead Management:

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, real estate brokers,
and references.

Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and progress.
3. Sales Process Execution:

Explain the design process, pricing, and customization options to customers. Share tentative BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and manage customer expectations. Collect rendering charges and facilitate customer site visits with the design team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
