Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Process approved loan applications from

approval stage to successful disbursal

within defined TAT. Explain loan terms clearly to customers, including

rate of interest, loan amount, tenure, EMI structure, and applicable charges

(processing fees, insurance, foreclosure, late payment charges, etc.). Ensure

customer consent and acceptance

for interest rates and applicable charges prior to disbursal. Coordinate with customers to address queries related to pricing, deductions, and net disbursal amount. Validate customer bank details and KYC documentation before initiating disbursal. Initiate and track loan disbursals through LMS/banking systems. Handle customer objections professionally and convince customers through transparent, policy-aligned explanations. Maintain accurate system entries, documentation, and

MIS reporting

. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the final operational checkpoint before loan disbursal. Deliver a smooth and compliant customer experience. Support process improvements to reduce disbursal TAT and customer drop-offs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of loan pricing, interest rates, and fee structures. Effective communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to explain financial concepts in a simple, convincing manner. Attention to detail and process orientation. Working knowledge of LMS, Excel, and banking portals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in loan operations / disbursal / customer operations. Experience in personal loans or digital lending preferred.
