to join our finance department. The role will involve financial reporting, reconciliation, documentation, and coordination with clients. The candidate should be comfortable with
weekly client visits
and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily financial records, reports, and statements.
Perform account reconciliation and assist in closing monthly financial books.
Handle vendor payments, invoices, and billing processes.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial data and requirements.
Conduct weekly
client visits
for documentation, payment follow-ups, and financial discussions.
Assist in audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure timely data entry.
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and basic accounting concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination.
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to travel locally for
weekly client visits

Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply)
