We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services using scripts.
Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Generate leads, build and maintain customer databases, and follow up on sales inquiries.
Persuade customers to purchase products/services and close sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
Handle objections effectively and provide excellent after-sales support.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a telesales representative, sales executive, or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems (preferred).
High school diploma; BSc/BA in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
