Job Description

We are looking for a

motivated and enthusiastic fresher

to join our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and generating sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database. Explain products/services clearly and convincingly. Answer customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Female candidates only. Freshers are welcome (training will be provided). Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Good communication skills in Tamil Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
