We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Telesales Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in sales, develop communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass or any graduate (any stream).

Experience:

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Good verbal communication skills in [language(s) required]. Basic knowledge of computers and the internet. Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn.
